From a holistic perspective, human beings and nature are intricately interconnected. Throughout history, our ancestors obtained what they needed from nature and returned what was surplus back to it. This harmonious balance between humans and nature, maintained over time, began to shift as 20th-century industrialization started accumulating wealth, leading to a transformation from mutual reciprocity to unilateral exploitation by humans. Just thirty years ago, the colors of the sea, sky, and even the hues of the wind were more beautifully blue. However, it seems that the vibrant blue is gradually fading away. As he gazed upon the ocean, mountains, clouds, and the sky, witnessing the inexorable loss of nature's blue due to the power of relentless civilization, he can't help but lament. We must adopt a holistic perspective when observing the world. While civilization appears to provide us only convenience, it paradoxically separates humans from nature, generating new issues and severing the spiritual connection between humans and the natural world. We mustn't be arrogant. Our achievements are undoubtedly a result of what was already present in nature and the cosmos, whether in the form of something new or preexisting. We need to transcend the selective dilemma between civilization and nature and strive for harmony between the two. We must return nature to its deep, vivid shade of blue, just like the landscapes I behold.
