As a little boy in the countryside the villagers did not follow my abstract thoughts. I started painting to express my abstract thoughts into the endless freedom of lonely landscapes. Now at home in a global scientific world I still do not have enough words, formulas, and languages to translate and explain complex structures. There must be more than just human and artificial intelligence, logic and words!
Colors could be the answer as they are what we see and perceive through light in our eyes, brains and souls. I want to have colors which enable me to express and unify the loneliness of the countryside with all the multilayers of a shiny, global environment. I am working with real gold and silver in my oil paintings to backfire the colors directly from the surface and the deepness of the canvas into our eyes, brains and souls.
