Eury Kim(Yeahgean) is an award-winning painter who grew up in Australia and now resides in South Korea. She has displayed her works in Belgium, China, Singapore and South Korea. Kim’s dreamlike imagery evokes a hidden and poetic atmosphere.
Using techniques from both Eastern and Western artistic traditions, she employs acrylics, oils, mother of pearls on canvas, wood, and various objects in her pieces.

The artworks convey the world that may not be visible but the dreamlike imagery. The artist's recent works display a poetic space formed by fairytale-like natural environment and symbols with Korean traditional art approach, creating a hidden, mystic and dreamy atmosphere. In collaboration with her personal feelings, she recorded certain visual scenes that remembered from her dreams and imagination.
