FOCUS Art Fair London and Korea Tourism Organisation Host VIP Dinner at Saatchi Gallery
Featuring Sollip, Ha-dong Green Tea, and Domaine H in a cross-cultural culinary collaboration
On the evening of October 15, 2025, the Saatchi Gallery in London transformed into a stage for cultural diplomacy and artistic celebration, as FOCUS Art Fair London 2026 Edition hosted a distinguished VIP dinner in partnership with the Korea Tourism Organization.
Hadong Green Tea Jaksal
The event, held within the iconic contemporary art venue, brought together leading figures from the worlds of art, gastronomy, and culture to honour the growing influence of Korean creativity on the global stage. The dinner was co-presented by Sollip, London’s first Michelin-starred modern Korean restaurant, alongside Ha-dong Green Tea and Domaine H, creating a sophisticated dialogue between fine dining, art, and tradition.

Chef Woongchul Park of Sollip curated a five-course fusion menu, reinterpreting Korean flavours with European finesse. His creations reflected the evening’s theme, harmony between tradition and innovation, weaving seasonal British ingredients with Korean culinary philosophy.
A highlight of the evening was Park’s reimagined dessert inspired by the digital artworks of artist Choi Se-hoon, a FOCUS-featured artist known for exploring emotional and sensory connections through digital media. Chef Park translated this concept into an edible art form: a contemporary rendition of yakgwa, the classic Korean honey cookie, elegantly sculpted and plated as an homage to digital abstraction.
The dinner also spotlighted Ha Dong Green Tea, one of Korea’s most historic tea-growing regions. Presented by tea masters from Ha-dong, guests were invited to experience the depth and purity of Korean green tea its delicate aroma, mineral-rich taste, and centuries-old craftsmanship — offering London’s cultural elite a refined introduction to Korea’s tea heritage.
As the evening unfolded, Domaine H wines accompanied the menu, completing a sensory journey that united Korean artistry, French elegance, and London’s cosmopolitan spirit.
The event underscored FOCUS Art Fair’s mission to bridge East and West through art, design, and lifestyle. With the success of this VIP gathering, FOCUS continues to establish itself as a platform that transcends boundaries where visual art meets culinary innovation and cultural storytelling finds new expression in global contexts.
